Help me out with these guys...the 1863 brass token was labeled "r-5"..the spot on the cheek is some kind of oxidation not an abrasion. Check out the rim, error? absolutely clueless on both..what would you value these both at? Would really appreciate the input

#2 is a C. Dorscher store card token. Probably Fuld 640V-7a1, but I'll defer to the real CWT experts.

I'll give attribution a shot.

I believe the first token is a Fuld 28/303 CWT. The large date numerals and the engraver initials ES (Emil Sigel). The reverse number 303 is the closest match to the pics above. One question I have for the OP is; on the reverse at the top is the dark spot covering a star? If so that confirms the 303 die ID in my mind due to the positions of the sword handles relative to the N and Y of NAVY. If no star is present then I am unable to match the above picture to a die in the Fuld Patriotic book.

The second token is a store card from C Doscher, his business was at 241 Wash. St. in New York City. I believe it is the Fuld N630V-6a variety due to the single dot under the T of the St abbreviation.

Hopefully other s will chime in here.

I concur with Bill's diagnostics. The specimen's obverse can only be a Fuld 28. And since Obverse 28 is only paired with Fuld 303, it must be a Fuld 28/303a, R-2.
