CoinCollector2000 Pillar of the Community United States 2563 Posts	Posted 09/12/2013 9:28 pm I went out and found 76 cents. Nothing good, nothing bad. But what that did is put me over $3 found! But nothing significant. Just an update, also to say that I'm still on Earth. Or Was I? Mwahahahahah! I've been finding nothing but coins and the occasional bottle cap lately! In the UK we have all sorts of crap to be finding - Lead blobs, bottle caps, pull tabs, rusty pennies. One day you need to detect in the UK - we have stuff older than 100 years in the most modern parts of town. You can find medieval spindle whorls and just go 'urgh, another bleedin whorl'. But coins dont fair so well in our acid soil...apart from the gold. From celt to modern. Occasionally gold from places like ancient greece turns up, too. Report this Post to the Staff

I had an unexpected (but welcome) day off today so I went to a new park and found a handful of coins, a key, and SILVER! Found a .925 pure silver ring.
