Alrighty...I tried not to get too close to the coin with the hopes of capturing a sharp focus. No cropping either.

The mailman dropped this one off about a half hour ago.

64. Almost looks whizzed but I'm assuming that's a result of poor lighting and angling. Looks like it probably has some light haze/spotting as is common on UNC Peace dollars.

Why no cropping ... coin photos always are best viewed with the coin as the focal point and minimal background.

No software on your behalf to clean up the image?

After cropping, my photos aren't exactly spectacular. I'm using my smart phone as a camera.

I was trying for a sharper image with these. I use photobucket to crop, but that's about it.
