It's probably is one of the hundred of varieties of arcade machine tokens, for the ever popular pachinko machines or the other type of Japanese machines that use the tokens. The name escapes me at the moment. If you do a Amazon search you will get a lot of hits for these type for sale.
Some also may be used in arcades for the import machines. Most have noting other than that type writing on them.

I have searched but I have been unable to locate it. I found it in Nashville TN. I was not near any Gambling houses but near a Mexican Buffet. They didnt have any machines in there. I thought it might be a token for games but I just cant seem to locate it.

They are sold new on Amazon the faces are what ever the users what them to say. Because of the Japanese characters on them they sell from .15 cents to $39.95 FOR 100 On Amazon search for arcade tokens, or pachinko tokens the offering change on a daily basis.
They are very common and not worth much to collectors, It isn't vintage as they like to say on Amazon or ebay they have a very common arcade token for sale on Amazon now for a really steep price. I got about 50 of them in a 10 pound bulk token buy paid about .08¢ each for them.

So anyone know what symbols are? I took Japanese and I am sure those are not Japanese. The one looks like the # symbol but the other is unknown.

They are decorative, devices they are probably are made in China and could be a blending of assorted far east languages. They are generally the corporate logo's of the machines makers.
