99% sure it's some kind of fantasy token. And if it isn't, it's probably a replica of some kind.
Don't know why, but the design (at least the first side) just screams "modern fantasy".

It certainly isn't ancient. The ancients didn't have the skills to make incuse dies, as the legend is on the reverse of this piece.

As for what it is, I can't decide if it's some kind of Zodiac charm or an advertising piece for fish tanks.
