What do people think?

They look like an obverse match to me. Neither of them are mine, I passed at buying the first one at around £300 at the start of the year and I missed the other at auction in June (£175). Had I known a match would come up I might have dug a little deeper into my pockets

Sure looks like it. Perfect overlay when I did a quick photoshop.

Nice match. These coins usually aren't that pricey, why so much?

Not sure Ski, £300 is about 5 times what I was prepared to offer for it. Interestingly the seller had it marked up as a London coin and not from Lyon, I informed him and hoped he might reduce the price a bit, he didn't and it sold about a month later!

I think the second sold at a 'bricks and mortar' auction house so a bit of a premium could be expected.
