Found a listing for a "History of Aviation", 10x Canada 25cents with the applied hand-colored cold enamel Application, each 4.4 g, 23,81 mm each, in the coin box, with certificate of authenticity, edition: 2000
Sorry I cannot seem to grab a copy of the photo from the listing

What is your question? One comment, I'm unfamiliar with such a set being struck and issued by the Royal Canadian Mint ( RCM) - at least for Canada. The RCM did issue a series of silver $20 coins that celebrated aviation history, but I don't believe they issued a 25-cent series. It appears likely that the set you've found is an "aftermarket" set and not an official issue.

The seller is in Germany so everything is written in that language. He also has a low feedback rating.

It's not listed in Charlton Vol 2 so I would have to guess it's a non-RCM issued set as @commems said.

The seller indicates that the coins have had colour added via a "cold enamel application." The COA for the set indicates that the included coins are in "good circulated condition." There is no mention of dates or of the RCM. Sounds like some company took coins out of circulation and added colour to them. I am 99.9% certain that the RCM was not involved in the production of this set (other than the fact they struck the 25-cent pieces that were colourized by some other party).
