My first instinct say Dryer Coin but I don't have enough proof with the pics provided but on second glance the rim looks pretty good... I'm sure more knowledgeable people will chime in.
I come across similar all the time in cents from the 60's. I am not sure what actually causes this, so I guess i'll keep an eye on this thread and finally learn :) Always seems like the motto is running away from the coin, but they never appear off center or misaligned that I have noticed. Years of coin roller abuse maybe?
