1864l Indian Head Cent Revisited.

This coin below came in a Whitman book of Indian heads I bought. I posted it before but soaked it in distilled water and Verdicare and thought that would make it easier to make out. It was in the 1864-L hole in the book and was wondering how they made that determination. Does this look like an 1864-L to you?
