i would EF45 details though for sure looks like it had a cleaning !

Regarding variety this is tough for me the amateur. There were 20 varieties in 1826. The dentils are blurred in the pics or worn so I'm guessing O-118 R1. maybe an expert can confirm or deny.

Regarding grade I'm at EF45 cleaned.

I'll go along with O-118 for this one. Call it EF40, maybe 45, and I think the photography is being unkind to the surfaces rather than it being a Details coin.
