Can anyone recommend a good dealer in the USA ( or anywhere )to buy such a set, who will ship to the UK ?
Not ebay !!
I have purchased and shipped once before from USA dealer, service and coins were excellent, but he does not have this set !!
I can't find any in the UK.

I do know that APMEX sells to the UK but unfortunately they have a minimum order of $1500 USD (~£950) when shipping to the UK (the 2013 ASE set sells for ~£115). You can at least check them out at http://www.apmex.com/theunitedkingdom to get an idea on prices. They also have a number of conditions that I suspect are common for US companies selling to the UK (http://www.apmex.com/theunitedkingdomfaq).
