I hope this is the correct place to post this but I am driving myself crazy trying to figure out what this coin is. It's pretty corroded but I can still make out what looks like a man throwing a discus infront of the earth? He has what looks like a banner going infront of him. I'm not sure if this coin is 100 years old or is 1 year old but I can't seem to find any others in my searching. I have no clue what is on the reverse.

If you could get a close up of the man on the obverse that would be great. Not the athlete, the other one.

But I believe this is Mexican from the profile, but I need a closer picture.

I didn't even know there was a person on the other side.

It's not a coin, but a medal of some kind.

How big is it?

It's about the exact same size of a US quarter
