Today I found a 1967 dime. The dime has numbers behind the back of Roosevelt head going along the rim. The initials of the designer JS are not found it's just a clod of dye there. Also We in God We Trust is not at all visible but you can see where it is struck on the surface, but no letters, and the word trust is very tiny with the letters slanting forward and backwards. Now I know that in 1967 there was no mint marks, but why does this dime have a S sitting just below the back of the head near the middle of the neck ?

There is also the design that is on the back of the dime it has a leaf with three branches sitting just inches above the 67 where the 7 is small. The dime has all sorts of numbers on it even under the point of the neck near the word trust. Its the same as the numbers in the back of his head there are over 5 of them lined up . Its a mixture between letters and numbers all over the dime. I hope to post a picture soon when I am able to get a great image.

Do anyone have any suggestion about this coin or what it may be wrong ?

As stated, photos are the best way to get answers on this one. From your discription, sounds a lot like someone was just playing around with that coin.
