Look to be a great example of a 3 rd print error. The paper was skewed as it was fed into the press. It should command quite a premium with black and green inks being so far off into the details. How did you aquire it, if I may ask?

Thank you goldenchest! I actually bought it in an online auction and I believe I got a great deal on it! I just started collecting currency, so I'm still learning.
