Hey everyone, I'm new to the site and have a 20 with the serial number 02201792...the day Washington established a permanent post office..is it worth much?

Sort of like a birthday note, where the serial # is someones birthday; like mine 12061948.
If you were to put it on ebay and explain what the serial # is, there might be a collector for it. I for one, had no idea when the postal system started.
Cover yourself for the face value, so you don't loose money.
