I am leaning towards Very Good. But its difficult to see because of the small image size.

The seller is not recommended.
Please watch carefully the ebay feedbacks as buyer.
The offert articles you can sometimes see even in the current buyers feedbacks.
The climate change from the USA to Europe are so well for some US bills that they sometimes regenerate and slips in a better condition.
