It's certainly HAMMERED as far as the strike goes...
My advice, go find some hi res shots with die markers, and cross compare them. The harsh cleaning your coin has received may make that difficult. Can we also get shots of the full coin? The rims really tell the story with proofs.

Absolutely not. There are a handful of those proofs known on Earth (only 10 were struck and all are accounted for) and there were tens of millions of business strikes. You have a polished business strike worth about $20.
It's nice to dream though!

Maybe...but...the differences, and everything is raised! Could someone provide a link to a good source?

Here's 1 of the 10 struck. 1 has been certified PR25, the other 9 are all 60 or better. This one estimated at PR65 and well over $100,000 today.

Well, homie, what about the other one? The Matte? Not the Satin? Any good resources?

Try googling around, check VAMWorld, see if they have any details on the '22 proofs? I'm working or I'd help more.

Okay, if it's anything it's the "Low Relief Satin Proof" which are just as rare...

As I said earlier, a full straight-on shot would do wonders, the rims tell the story with proofs. You're not going to have a proof without squared, flat rims.

I'm still not sure though...Should I just send it in to PCGS?

May as well send it in since you already have your mind made up that its a proof.

Even if it's not, if it grades high it's worth lots

It's been polished the best you could hope for is a details grade. The shipping alone would cost more than what its worth, not to mention the grading fees.

Yeah, not worth grading unless you're 100% sure it's a proof.

I'm 100% sure it's not been polished. I've just gotten a friend of mine (who's been doing this for 40 years) to look at it. He says it's not a proof, but it's been struck much stronger and harder than a normal business strike. Says there's no polish abrasions and the profile/lettering is much higher than normal. I'll let all know if it grades well...thanks.
