Left coin is 40 para 1327 (1910-1912)or (1916-1917) Ottoman. Without seeing the other side difficult to say whether

Left coin is ottoman Mehmet V 40 para 1327 year 8 (1916).

The script on the right-hand-side coin is not Arabic; though when turned sideways it does resemble Arabic. The script, and therefore the coin, is actually Mongolian and is meant to be read vertically. The coin is a 10 mongo from the 1930s. World Coin Gallery page.
