If any of you have a chance can you please give me your opinion on this 1973-S Lincoln Cent I found which appears to show doubling in the word TRUST on the obverse side. Looking with my loupe the doubling appears to be rounded.

The photos aren't the greatest. Hopefully they provide enough detail.

Thanks in advance

John is correct. It is Machine Doubling. The devices are reduced in the areas in question. Note the center of the "S". If it were a doubled die the entire coins devices would be enlarged. As it is, the upper parts of the devices are reduced with the doubling.

I just checked coppercoins and nothing listed there yet. But it is just a matter of time. Seems like someone found something on another forum.
