My knowledge of ancients is zip but I've managed to work out its Ptolemy VI - but what is it exactly? (if it is even real)

Weighs approx 15.2g, and 26-27mm accross.

It may be Ptolemy VI ..... But the portrait is obviously female. I seem to recall that 90% of these 'Queens' of Egypt were named Cleopatra. Of course it isn't the one you would like it to be.
But for the price difference you might settle for the family resemblance !
