I believe you will find that if it isn't badly damaged or corroded and you weigh it, it ought to weigh exactly 0.05 grams - because it says "50 mg" on it (50 milligrams). It is a weight, part of what was presumably a set of weights for use with an old pre-digital balance. Your "200" piece should weigh exactly 0.2 grams. The bent part is supposed to be bent like that; this is to allow the weight to be more easily picked up with tweezers that came with the set of weights. We have a set very much like it that was once used with the older balances in the chemistry lab where I work.
