slqcarnell1 Valued Member United States 82 Posts	Posted 10/07/2013 5:48 pm At work we throw the boxes away that the commems come in I pulled this one out and noticed the front is bent you can see the reflection in person and the back has been struck in the middle some how. On the reverse the s in states has what seems to be a plastic piece struck into the coin and is stll attached. Thank You, Carnell Report this Post to the Staff

I suspect some level of post-mint involvement ...
