I have no idea what coin this is, or where it's from?
Hopefully someone can help identifying
ALso who can tell what happened to the coin,
look at the semi flatness on the same sides!

Help-Very-Strange-Unknown-Old-Coin-Error?

I suspect it's a coin, and possibly from one of India's princely states--although that is purely a guess. There are collectors here who might really know!
It may have been struck like this, where it began simply as a chunk of copper a specific weight, then struck and the design turned out weaker in thinner portions
