i don't think "nice" has anything to do with grade...in my opinion tha IS a pretty "nice coin"...

The denomination side is certainly nice, and the date side isn't that awful.
In fact, this is very much a coin that I would've loved to add to my collection if I could just afford it (but I can't - it's a relatively uncommon date, so it's worth something like $30+, which is quite a lot for me).

You don't find the perfectly circular patch without tarnish to be suspicious? On both sides...

You are correct, the wear on the reverse is honest - notice how the orb, the diamonds and the bar all show even wear... And 58s can be at best moderately struck.

FWIW, the seller does ship internationally...
