I must say, I'm impressed with the Motion feature. I like it a lot, but I think the paper strips in front of the Motion strip on my $100 bill are bonded to the Motion strip, so, to the person (I forget who) who got the new $100s with the front paper not bonded to the Motion strip, I think you might want to hang on to those ones.
Oh, and mine is also a "Series 2009A" NOT just a "Series 2009" Did any of the Series 2009, minus the "A" suffix letter, make it out of the Federal Reserve? Or were all Series 2009s replaced with Series 2009A and then destroyed?
Another thing I liked, was that "Bell in the Inkwell" feature, and I like the large golden "100" on the back. They need to do that with a platinum colored "500" on the $500 bill if they do reissue it.

Oh, I forgot to mention that, I did not get my new $100 bill without paying a "price".
The price was, when I was running across the street to the bank, I tripped and fell, and hurt my left knee, and I really hurt my left hand, because, my right hand had the truck keys in it, so I did not want to risk what might have happened with my right hand by smashing keys into it if I landed on both hands, but I probably would have still been better off landing on both hands than one. I figured I could have broke one of my bones. But now, my left hand hurts bad if I do anything too extreme with it, but I was laying on the cement for a few seconds, before I hoisted myself back up, and when I told the teller I had tripped on the curb, she asked "Are you alright?" and I said, "Yeah, no major damage" So that was about it You know what they say "Good things come with a price" *sigh*

It's not that they aren't bonded but if you pick at them you can slide stuff behind them (and I am not the one who discovered the trick but I did try it for myself.?

Quote: Fox, Was it from FW or DC. All that I've seen so far were from FW. Bill Collector This might disappoint you, Bill Collector, but my $100 is a FW too. Oh, and by the way, due to your avatar, shouldn't your user name be The "Buffalo" Bill Collector? Anyway, as I asked before, does anyone know of and Series 2009s (note Series 2009"A") new $100s that evaded the shredder, and made it into circulation? Because, I know when they discovered the mistake of the sporadic paper creasing problem, they claimed that AT LEAST 70% of those note should have been salvageable. Weren't those Series 2009s?

"Oh, and by the way, due to your avatar, shouldn't your user name be The "Buffalo" Bill Collector?" Now that's cute, I do have a very nice "Buffalo Bill" in my Large Currency collection, but only one, I don't know anyone rich enough that collects currency to build a collection of them and at my age one of anything is enough The 2009 and the 2009-A were supposedly printed at both FW and DC but so far I don't know of anyone that has seen any 2009's or any from DC.
