Bottom right, could that be a bunch of grapes on the reverse. Hard to make out with no legend, possibly Geta, does it look anything like this?

Bottom left, could that be a cista mystica with snake emerging on the reverse, it is difficult to tell. It might be a sort of alter on legs. Compare this Caracella with yours.

Middle right again. I think we are looking for Serpent-entwined staff of Asklepios on the reverse. Diadumenian used this on some of his, I am sure I have seen them with others portraits. Cant tell what the portrait might be on yours.

Here is a Diadumenian so you can check the reverse.

Yeah, sorry about that lol.
bed for me, I will post some more for you tomorrow to help me with, got hundreds that I am unsure on still. It's getting easier though, the Macedonian one that I posted, found another of those only larger and got the id straight away thanks to you guys telling me what the other one was! I do have a really interesting one to post, but might clean it in oil first... its about 22mm diameter, 7.45 grams, nice and chunky. The front is filled with a really chubby face and the reverse looks like a horse with letters under...
