Dover Downs is a gaming company in Dover Delaware. It's slot casino opened in 1995, making the token at most twelve years old. The company is still in business.

I saw one of those same tokens, in bright and shining gold colouring, on ebay for about US$9

Not in regards to this token particularly but I would assume that any tokens from Trump Casino would be a nice collectible that would increase in value over time. What do you think? No, not really, yes, maybe?
