$99,400 to go.
Spent one on gas for the car.
I now have a decent reason to save the one unc note I have in a plastic protector. These idiots continue to pen the notes, even though it's obviously NOT counterfeit.

I thought based on the multiple of 100 that this thread would be down to $50K by now.
I usually handle $6K in hundred dollar bills a week dumping and picking up boxes of halves but I guess like the $500 and $1000 bills most were used for bank to bank transfers.

Oh boy, I've never spent a new 100 but I've seen LOTS of them getting spent. 1= Used at cafeteria to buy $3 lunch, mentioned this in another thread 2&3= Used at my local grocery store. The cashiers used the pen, even though there's the blue security strip 4&5= Used at Target, where the cashier ALSO penned them even though the customer had a legit reason due to the purchase being just under 200 bucks. 97,100 to go And let's hope this thread gets busy, it deserves attention like project 100K and project 25K!
