Most modern star notes need to be uncirculated to have any value above face. Collecting paper money, coins, or anything else that interests you is not limited to perceived value. Collect for the history, or the beauty, or the challenge, or the camaraderie amongst collectors. It's possible that whatever you collect will increase in value over the years, but that's not why many collectors enjoy the hobby...it's just the icing on the cake. Report this Post to the Staff
