I don't typically collect Canadian coinage other than Pennies and Key Dates, I have a seller who is offering an 1858 Large Cent in VF-30 RAW.
His price is $150.00. even if there was no variety it is still below trend for a key date.
I remember looking at the coin a while back and him showing me a broken leaf stem, can anyone point me to a website or a database of pictures so I can study prior to buying this coin tomorrow?
Search this forum for : 1858 broken vine This can be your start----also this forum "Numismatic Search Engine"---search for 1858 stem or vine etc etcc Good luck---Rob turners book on Large Cents is 300 pages $150.
