Found this coin as well in my bank roll hunt yesterday ... it is not an error that I am quite as familiar with.

My attribution ... 1962-D Jefferson with a reverse retained lamination that extends diagonally across the entirety of the reverse.

It begins at the "U" of UNMU and terminates at the "E" of STATES.

In hand it is fascinating to view the 'eruption' of the surfaces as the lamination proceeds across the surface.

I grade a very clean VF30/35 ... Photos ...

Looks like a lamination. It runs in a straight line.
