Bleeding ink: Front Bleed, Indentations, Fiber "Hairs" Sticking out: Front Bleed, Indentations of everything printed on the front, Fibers sticking up: The security features seem to check out. LegitAesthetikz New Member United States 10 Posts	Posted 10/28/2013 3:08 pm Yea, After Looking at a bunch other Notes from the same series. They mostly all seem to be like that. Odd to me how it would be acceptable for them to release fuzzy bleeding prints and such. There is also a bit of extra paper at the top, A dull blade at time of cutting I suppose. But it's very minimal. I doubt it does anything for collectivity or value. Report this Post to the Staff
