Yes, it is a small date. Notice how the leg of the six is shorter then on a large date.

Denver minted Small Dates are not the rare ones. Philly mint Small Dates are the ones you want.

Depending upon grades I would say they range from $4-8 for lower MS (if I remember correct)....higher MS would go for more. There is a huge difference between values of 64-65 and 66-67.
