Hello. I was opening rolls of uncirculated 1970s pennys, looking for small dates. About half way through the stack this one fell out. It looks like a shaving that's pressed to his face. There were no other coins missing, clipped or damaged in the roll. Your input will be appreciated. Is this common? Do I have something that holds value on the market?

It appears to be a coin scrape from what I can see. If so it is damage. Worth what it says on the reverse of the coin if that is the case?

Ok. Thanks for your input. It's in the damaged pile and will be spent.

It is still over .02 cents worth of copper. I would save it. But only because I save all copper pennies.
