I can't remember if I posted this one or not. Anyway, here it is again if I did. I have a 1994 Penny that looks like Lincoln has 3 chins, 2 copper ones and one silver one. It extends all the way up to his nose. Also, he has an area behind his head where you can see hair. His beard by his ear also looks odd and he has something under below his ear. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Looks like the plating was split during the strike and the zinc core is reacting with the air. In other words "zinc rot". It happens quite often, and doesn't add any value to the coin.

The second chin/nose is Machine Doubling where it reduced the devices.
The third chin/earlobe is split copper plating.

The mark in the beard is a contact mark.
The mark on the back of the neck looks interesting.
