My opinion of this coin is much different than that of the grader. (Is the seller the grader?)

I seem to recall reading on the forum that NNC is a basement slabber aka centsles on ebay.

Seller sure has a lot of NNC graded coins for sale.Senseless.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Brighter better pics would help..maybe the dim light is on purpose
