I am pretty sure that is just a photoshopped picture. I've never seen a SML with a 25 splashed across the front like that. There are special edition 25th anniversary SMLs, but they look like this:

I would imagine these will/are available from silver bullion dealers. I have not really tried to google as RCM silver bullion coins are notorious for having/developing milk spots. I have bought beautiful looking RCM slabbed silver bullion coins (wildlife series &SML's) that later have developed milk spots.

Thanks for the Link.

Are these official RCM coins?

yes they are...they are their official bullion coins...like all the SML and wildlife series coins. These are limited to a mintage of 1,000,000
Will be widely available from PM dealers for close to spot price....im defiantly going to buy some.
The reason why I like milk spots is because its proof its real....you would be amazed with the amount of fake bullion being sold.....im to scared to check my stack for purity...

This is a very nice bullion ML. I really do like the 25th Ann.Silver/Gold one though! In hand it's a real beauty!

With a million being made it won't be to scarce!

I think it's RCM but not NCLT.

I'd like to see one in hand. I think this is a step up.

It would be nice to see this in hand, wouldn't it!

Does anyone know how much of a relief the 25 itself is?

I stand corrected.

Not the most inspired design, IMO. Still, I'll probably pick one up at some point just because.

I like to collect some bullions, but became more selective, and this design I do not like at all.
"25" over a nice Maple Leaf....

Will prefer just Privy Mark on the bullion, the same like used for collectors editions.
