I do not know much about canadian coins and would like your opinion on this. I have a 1963 Canadian cent that has different looking marks close to the rim on one side of the front than it does on the other. It's kind of hard for me to explain. Pictures are attached and they are both of the front of the coin. The first pick is of the normal looking dots and the second pic is the odd looking ones. I just would like to know is this is normal. Thanks.

i believe that is Machine Doubling Die Deterioration .cheers
