My 5 coins order was placed on oct 5, on its web, RCM says 2 days for processing . Today the order is still on processing. Every time I call them, the answer is your coins will be shipped soon! If you cannot make it, dont lie to your customers

to the CCF This is absolutely normal. Maybe somewhere it written "2 days", but your coins should arrive in the interval from 2 weeks to 2 month. After 2 month start to worry and call RCM. This is not physical "buy'n'go" store....this is RCM.

I have an order from over a month ago still processing. It reminds me of the Bank of Canada gold hoard. Don't get me started.

Quote: your coins should arrive in the interval from 2 weeks to 2 month I would have said 2 weeks to 2 years!

If all you guys say it then it must be happening but I personally have never had a coin arrive for me later than 3 weeks since day of order and I've done what, 15+ orders now?

Yup, that is the RCM way. New customers are priority. Their loyal long time customers go to the back of the line. I have more than a hundred orders going back many years. I could count on one hand then number that have been delivered in least than 2 months from the order date.

Hmmm... I wonder if there is a record as to the longest anyone has had to wait for an order?!? Or how long it took to get a refund? I'm still waiting for the Autumn Bliss coin. Apparently, it's available at CP for shipment, but not for my order, yet. I ordered the day of release, Sept. 10th at 8:30 a.m. Oh, and RCM charged me tax on a $20 for $20 coin over a year ago (summer, 2012). Was told I would get refund last fall. Didn't. Requested again last winter. Nothing. Gave up. Just got my refund a few days ago. Do I still care? Beat that, guys!

Hey just checked my order page. I have a ton of stuff coming today (8 coins and a set) and it's only been 6 week.
That is lightning fast for me.
Record? A little over 8 months so far.

I think you'd get your coins faster if you drove out to one of the mints.

Are you a Master Member I guess. What can of coins you order? If most of them are the "cold coins" and not in a subscription, you have better chances to get the coins fast.
