I only have a few Australian coins so its nice to see one of them has a slight error..or is it? I dont have anything to compare it with. Thanks

I think the coin is a little off being upright in the 2x2.
Try placing it making the reverse upright, and it should then look right.

Generally, it's the obv that might rotate, as the reverse is the anvil die and the obverse is the hammer die.

1966 10c are known for rotations. I have 3 of them that I noodled.

10c 1966 Duo Normal coin, looks a tiny bit upset, but I think they all look like that. All my ° of upset are approximate, and are based on the upsets occurring in a clockwise direction. #2 is the best condition wise.

I've noodled off and on since the 60's. However I really started in earnest in 2006 when I retired.

I believe I found the first 2 in late 2006 - early 2007, and I can't remember when I found the 3rd one. I was sorting through some coins a few months ago and came across it in a tiny ziplock bag that I pop 'coin finds' in whilst noodling, and have absolutely no recollection of finding it.

Of course you can call me Nancy, that's my name!
