Yes, Clintwood, they're fairly common. You can find them on just about all of the KGVI series -- the only year I haven't seen this particular clash on is 1937, though I have hopes of finding one one day. Sometimes you find them paired with a clash line from the 4 up to the leaf or an arced line underneath the "1 CENT". Nice find!
