just sold the most expensive coin I've sold in a few yrs on ebay and as I always do held the buyers money till they leave fb or 14 days.the buyer leaves positive feedback-beautiful coin exactly as described the day he receives it so 2 days later I pay his money on a car note.lo an behold the very next day I get an email he's returning the coin-his reason-he found one with au details 400 dollars cheaper.i can come up with his refund but quite an inconvenience.had he not left pos fb I woulda held his money 14 days.guess i'll know now to wait 14 days even if they leave pos fb or re-examine my return policy.sheesh! http://www.ebay.com/itm/26131827761...TRK:MEREX:IT

Examine your return policy only if description is not accurate.

you are right arianzo,i just re-read it.only new/unused/undamaged items can be returned simply because the buyer changes their mind if it was properly described and his feedback spells it out beautiful coin just as described.the big downside here is if he returns it now its in my fb bank and puts a cloud over the coin as people will assume somethin must be wrong with it for it to have been returned

That would be why I don't offer returns.
