This quarter looks to have a piece of something peeled off of the top clad layer possibly.

Would this be a sintched or burnt planchet?

Hello and

The Florida quarter looks like something acidic may have splashed on it.

The second quarter -- can't quite read the year -- looks like it spent quite a bit of time in the dirt.

The Conneticut quarter looks like it spent lees time in the dirt. A sintered planchet would not have the lighter/brigher areas. It would all be the same color.

The nickel looks normal to me. What are you seeing? Did you mean ' Grease Filled Die'?

Keep the nickel for sure. It's pretty old.

The rest....keep them if you want. I have a parking lot nickel (all scraped and scratched) that puzzled me until I learned what had most likely happened to it. Anyway, I keep it because it is the only one I ever found like that.

I keep weird stuff and I will continue to do so until it become inconvenient.
