Folks - here is a 1980- LMC. Looks like major struck through followed up by environmental damage? or could it be major die cracks? the green rind in the cracks appears to be oxidation of the copper.

I have provided overview of obverse, close-up of area in question, image of edge of coin (approx 6-7 O'Clock), and picture of reverse.

Let me know if better pics needed and what of. Thanks in advance.
