got this in the mail today and I'm thinking die break anyone?

there is the two spots on eagles head and you can see proof planchet underneath

Seems to me like a slight polishing error. Parts of the Eagle's head have been inadvertently been polished as well.

Oddly enough browsing 2001 silver proof kennedys and some one has the same thing (different year) listed as a strike through error things that make ya say hmmm
