The biggest issue with OGP blue & brown Ike's are the original packaging.

The blue Ike's are packed in cheap cellophane that does not really protect the coin over time, mostly premature toning because the seal has been breached.

While the brown Ike's are packed in a hard plastic case, this case does very little to protect the proof coin inside either. These cases tend to scratch the proof and/or the Ike dollar develops a cloudy-haze over the coin.

When I get these Ike's, I will break them out of their OGP and put them in an airtite capsule and set the OGP aside.
