It looks like a coin of Venice which Doge I will have to research further.

Only guessing here but looking at the style of the O it is possible it is a coin of Ludovico Di Teck Patriarch of Aquileia

Obverse, with seated saint, reads S. ABONDI V' D' CVMIS. Reverse, with eagle, reads LVDOVIC' IMPERATOR.
A silver grosso from the province of Como, in Lombardy, of Franchino I Rusca (1327-35). The "Ludovic" is Louis IV, Holy Roman Emperor.
