If the edge was milled, I would think it is more likely to be real... but we can't tell, so I'd say someone has been messing about with this one. Report this Post to the Staff

Beeston1990 Valued Member United Kingdom 109 Posts	Posted 07/03/2014 5:53 pm Can't see the photo of this anymore so couldn't say for sure but 9 times out of 10, you can determine whether it is genuine based on the person it has come from. The person who was selling this claimed it came straight out of a bag (assuming a mint bag?) and they appear to be a genuine seller on ebay (lots of feedback). Whilst the 2 do not confirm it to be a genuine error coin, it is a strong possibility. I know this post is really late, only just saw it, but have you since had confirmation one way or the other?
