Six pfennig of Franz Arnold, Freiherr von Wolff-Metternich zu Gracht. Legend reads FRANC.ARN.D.G.EP.PAD.S.R.I.P & COM.PYR.
I believe there is an almost horizontal tail on the last digit of the date, making it a six, as Franz Arnold did not become Bishop of Paderborn (where this coin was issued), until 1704, and D.G.EP stands for Dei Gratia Episcopus. Once I figured that out, I found this discussion on another coin site, where they seem to also have thought it was 1700 before figuring it was 1706 (but my German is a little rusty):

wowh, yeah found it, great. was searching for ages for this. I'm not an expert in grading either, how would you grade the quality of the coin?

This particular coin has been countermarked by someone; looks like a H monogram in a circle. If this countermark is not an official one by a neighbouring state or subsequent ruler or is otherwise unrecorded in the numismatic literature, then the coin is effectively "damaged" by a private counterstamp, which will severely lower the grade for collectors. I'm afraid I'm not familiar enough with the series to know for sure, but such countermarks were rarely officially applied in the German series.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
