1995 D Double Die Penny

This 1995 D penny has a double die in the 5 of 1995. I found this penny in my car. The doubling is in the 5 of 1995 again.

Image doesn't work. You'll probably have to take out the parenthesis in the file name before you use them. A simple "rename" in Windows.

clearer picture ,still due to the large amount of separation I would highly doubt that it is a "doubled die". I've seen many of the post 1983 zinc 'cladded with copper' cents with 'doubling' the doubling is basically on the copper 'clad' reasons could and probably are many. however i'd say adds no true collector premium.

It's Strike Doubling, not a doubled die.

1995D cent doubled dies are rare.
